DAN FOUTS - Through The Mail (TTM) Autograph

(15 Day Return)

Happy to get this one back from NFL Hall of Famer Dan Fouts. I met Dan last year at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX for the 1st College Playoff Championship. It was Ohio State vs. Oregon. Dan Fouts attended Oregon in college. I met him at a signing he was doing for AT&T and I ended up getting a football and an 11x14 NFL HOF Logo photo signed. With that said I had no 8x10's of Dan Fouts. Being the hoarder I am for autographs (that was a joke) I decided to send off to Dan. I wrote to him stating that I met him last year, yada yada. He graciously signed my (2) 8x10 photos. Anytime you can get a Hall of Famer, its a win in my book. Dan is great to his fans and if you haven't, I would send off to one of the greats of the game.

LADAINIAN TOMLINSON - Stellar Home Theatre 01/23/2016

Stellar Home Theatre in Grapevine, TX had its Grand Opening and the special guest was (Future NFL HOF'er) LaDainian Tomlinson to kick off the Grand Opening. Since I never met LaDainian before I had to go. I printed up a 11x14 photo and was hoping he would sign autographs cause we all know that is not always the case. Well I arrived with a friend of mine and there were already about 40 people there and even more showed up later. About an hour later LT arrived and sat down and started signing away. A lot of people had full size TCU helmets, footballs, mini helmets you name it. LT signed anything and everything. I got up to him and shook his hand and told him what an honor it was to meet him, he smiled and signed my photo with my blue paint pen. I thanked him and shook his hand one more time then that was it. It was great meeting him since it was my first time. A great day!

JESSE VENTURA - Through The Mail (TTM) Autograph

Jesse Ventura

Now I know the controversy that's going around about Jesse Ventura as of late, but I am not here to dwell on that. I am here to talk about Jesse "The Body" Ventura. I loved watching wrestling as a kid and who didn't love the WWF (now the WWE). One of the bad boys of wrestling was Jesse Ventura. He would always where flashy attire and his signature headband and funky sunglasses. He was an astounding wrestler as well as a great announcer. The arguments him and Mean Gene Okerlund used to get in were comical at times. Aside from his wrestling career he was an actor. He was in the classic movie Predator. If you haven't seen it do yourself some justice and watch it. He acted the role of Blain. Anyways, I had to write off to Jesse and he didn't disappoint. He signed both my photos and I got them back in 15 days. Not bad by my standards. Another great success that the Boss approves of.

HENRY WINKLER - Through The Mail (TTM) Autograph

Henry Winkler

The Fonz!!! That's all there is to say about this. Growing up I always loved watching Happy Days. It was my favorite show. The Fonz was the cool dude with an attitude and who didn't want to be like him? I know I did. The slicked hair and the leather jacket, I mean he was just a bad ass! I have gotten Henry Winkler through the mail before, but has been years so it was time to send again. He graciously signed my 2 photos in about 2 weeks. That's a quick turnaround. So you can say I was pleased when I opened my mail and seen that he had signed for me. He's great to his fans and I definitely recommend sending to Henry if you haven't already.

50 CENT - Bottle Signing @ Sigel's 01/18/2016

50 Cent bottle signing in Dallas, TX Part II.
I was thrilled when I found out that 50 was making his way back to Dallas for another bottle signing. He was here a few months ago at numerous liquor stores promoting his vodka (Effen Vodka) so I was thrilled he was back. A friend and I got to the store around 1:15pm and the signing was supposed to start at 3pm. Well we were the first ones there and some lady that works at the store came out and told us to wait outside as that's where the line was starting. So we did and she came back out literally 2 minutes later and said that 50 was only signing bottles and no other items so we can go back and put our items back in our car. We both looked at her like whatever. About an hour later they moved us inside to form the line. Now 3pm hits and 50 just walked into the store, bad news is he still has to sign the bottles before he comes out and meets his fans for pictures. That took an hour and finally he came out around 04:15pm. They had some girls they moved ahead of us first (maybe VIP or something). After them it was my turn. 50's security guy remembered me from last time and asked how I was and I said great. I handed him my portfolio that had a 8x12 photo and a CD cover as well as my gold sharpie. I walked up to 50 and he reached his hand out towards me and I shook hands with him. I got my photo and then his security guy shoved my items in front of him and he signed both items. I grabbed my items and signed vodka bottles and paid for them then left. Though not really much interaction, it was still awesome meeting 50 Cent again. Another great day and another great success.

PAUL HORNUNG - Through The Mail (TTM) Autograph

Paul Hornung
Signed (2) 8x10 photos

(9 Day Return)

Finally, I received my 1st TTM of the new year. I was really shocked that it came back so quick, but I am not complaining. After being away from doing TTM's for years, it felt good to get this first one back and it's a great one. Being a huge Notre Dame fan and a collector of Heisman Trophy winners autographs, I really needed to send to the great Paul Hornung. I did some quick research and seen that he was signing through the mail. Paul up to a few years ago was charging to sign through the mail, so I figured I better send off before he starts again. He did not disappoint me at all. Paul was gracious enough to sign my (2) 8x10 photos I sent and even inscribed 56 H (for 56 Heisman) on one of the photos for the year he won the Heisman Trophy. A great success from an All-Time Great.

JANEANE GARAFALO - Granada Theatre 01/11/2016

Tonight, I had the pleasure to meet Comedian/Actress Janeane Garofalo. She was in town for a stand-up show at the Granada Theatre in Dallas, TX. I arrived early with a bunch of my friends hoping to get her as she made her way in the theatre. Hours went by and many frozen toes later, no one had seen her until a worker from the theatre came out and told us that she was already inside and went in the front door. Now, this is usually when I chalk it up as a loss and go home, but not tonight. Me and my friends went to grab a bite to eat and returned when we were done. About an hour later Janeane peeked her head from around the corner of the building and said "what are you guys doing" then proceeded to walk towards us and start signing autographs while she smoked her cigarette. She was nice as can be and a real sweetheart. She was a trooper bearing the cold weather to sign autographs and take pictures with all her fans. It was a great night and definitely a great way to start 2016.
